Shipping and Returns


Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, there are no returns for any reason. All sales are final! We wouldn't want to send a returned bottle to someone that may be compromised in any way. Each customer gets a quality, prayed over, product each order. Please be sure to double check all orders to be sure your name and address are correct when placing your order. It is your responsibility to make sure your order is being shipped to the correct address. By making a purchase with us, you are confirming that you agree to our no refund policy.

Due to Covid 19, it make take up to 2-3 weeks, or longer, to get your orders processed and mailed. Please understand and have patience as we all get through this together. We are take the necessary safety precautions as we process your order. Thank you for understanding and having patience as we get your order processed and shipped out as fast as we can. Thank You.

All orders have an approximate processing time of 3-5 business days (weekends/holidays not included) before they are shipped. Normal ship out days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding International orders which may have longer processing times. During holiday weeks, ship out days will be delayed approximately 4 to 5 business days. 

We ship all over the US as well as Internationally, this also includes APO and FPO shipping as well.  International orders have a lead time of 8-10 business days and have the potential to be held up by customs for a period of 30 days or more. Please note that the customs in your country may charge a custom's fee in addition to your shipping fee. Orders held through customs or the post office are completely out of our hand and will be at the customer's regard to following up with them in regards to their order.

Please double check all orders to be sure that address and other important information are accurate and updated. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information you provided to us when placing your order. In the event, this happens the customer will be responsible for all shipping and processing fees associated with getting the issue corrected. So again, PLEASE make sure the information provided when ordering is correct so that we may get your Trina's Natural Scalp Stimulator to you in a very timely manner.

All orders receive a shipping confirmation once shipped to the email address provided when placing your order. You can also email us immediately after placing your order to ask for a signature guarantee ($6.00 extra) to ensure that your package will not sit outside in the extreme temperatures. 

Once an order is processed and shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are marked as 'delivered'. Please visit your local postal branch immediately and inquire about your missing package. Many times, packages were delivered to the wrong house or miss-scanned and packages are found, so it is very important to visit your local post office immediately.
